Love Where You Live: Thursday Market and Food Truck Corral!

Looking for something fun to do this summer? Well one of our favorite Glens Falls events is officially back, beginning Thursday May 20th! The weekly market and food truck corral at the Shirt Factory in Glens Falls is a MUST if you’re local.

From 4:30-8:00pm The Shirt Factory will host DOZENS of local vendors each and every Thursday during the summer. Live music flows from two separate stages, plenty of picnic tables for you to socially distance and eat, and so many local businesses to patronize.

The lemonade stands are certainly a personal favorite of mine, but there is always a wide variety of food and drink that will please even the pickiest of eaters. If you’re feeling a bit more like trying something different, there are also several vendors that offer food selections like empanadas, Mediterranean dishes, and falafel!

Once you’ve had your fill of delicious food, you’ll have to venture through the market for handmade jewelry, pottery, books, and various crafted goods. 

I always like visiting the Thursday Market and Food Truck Corral because it is an awesome way to see some of the small businesses and vendors in the area. I am constantly in awe of our community and how we truly have so many wonderful things right in our backyard!
