At the Glens Falls Area Youth Center, we believe that every child deserves a safe and supportive place to grow, learn, and thrive. For over 57 years, we’ve provided that space for children in our community—many of whom face difficult circumstances, with 90% of our members living below the poverty line.

Now, we’re taking a bold step forward to expand our services and build The Matt Congdon Wellness Center, a vital addition to our facility that will improve the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of the youth we serve.

This expansion continues the vision of Matt Congdon, a leader who dedicated his life to making the Youth Center a place of belonging. Now, 25 years later, we are carrying his vision forward, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to succeed.
